Returns, Exchanges + Repairs
It's so important to me that you're delighted with your order! For hygiene reasons, Merle O'Grady pierced earrings cannot be returned (unless faulty) - the entire earring would need to be re-made due to the materials used so please check measurements carefully before purchasing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To return an item please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let me know your return is on the way and whether you'd like a refund, an exchange or a credit note.
We strongly recommend that all returns are sent via a registered delivery service and in protective packaging as we are not liable for any goods returned to us lost or damaged in transit.
Jewellery must be returned in all of its original packaging and please note: any returned items that show signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
All goods are returned to Merle O'Grady at your own expense except in the rare case of receiving a faulty item. In this instance we will also refund your shipping costs and issue a refund or replacement free of charge.
